FifeCo Properties is a family based real estate Company located in Atlanta, Georgia and has over 60 years of Real Estate investing and residential management experience. While the management of existing assets is our top priority, we specialize in acquisitions of properties located in the path of redeveloped areas so that many of the greatest shops, restaurants, parks, and transportation are the most convenient to our residents.
FifeCo Property Management LLC is an established management company which manages apartment properties primarily within its own portfolio for its residents. We feel that the owner managed approach to property management is superior to third party management and will maximize resident satisfaction and increase property appearance. While we are a growing company, we must compete by giving every resident and every investor the quality time needed to completely satisfy all reasonable requests. We strive to accomplish this task by hiring the most qualified employees available. We try and minimize employee turnover by treating all employees the best way possible and encourage education specific to their job function. No one cares more about the resident’s quality of life and the property condition than our staff.

FifeCo Property Management LLC is on call around the clock to assure that residents are not without the essentials for the lifestyle the residents deserve. We will do our best to complete all work orders within 24 hours. We know that the success of each property depends on resident retention and resident satisfaction.
All employees will be polite and courteous to residents and their guests. All employees will be professional and well groomed and maintenance staff will always have clear identification before entering a resident’s home. When appropriate, we will give residents prior day notice before entering there home for maintenance service.
