This area is great and convenient to a lot of businesses in the area. Very convenient to the interstate and downtown Atlanta. The property manager and staff is awesome

|Recommended: YesGreat Experience thus far — I moved in at the end of July and have not had any issues. Phenix has been INCREDIBLY helpful helping with application materials, maintenance requests, and checking in on me and my roommate frequently to see how we were doing with moving in. This has been a great apartment experience thus far.
|Recommended: NoWelcomed changes coming — The apartments are roomy and the grounds are well kept. The buildings are older so the renovations coming are much needed. Ms. Searcy was the go-to person and did her best to make the complex a good place to live, however, with limited maintenance staff it was hard keep things running smoothly.

|Recommended: YesAesthetically pleasing environment and supportive property management team. — The property management and maintenance staff keep a watchful eye on our property as well as our children. Even though the physical property is not children-friendly, the Ivy Place representatives keep are. They will contact you in case of concern or emergency and reach out to assist in any way possible. My primary reason for remaining there for the six years was that I didn't think I would ever find another property management team that takes time to know it's residents, their needs, and routines as well as Chris, Phenix, and Joseph. Thanks for the unwavering support over the years.

|Recommended: YesSpacious and friendly — Positives: The apartment community is quiet and friendly. The apartments are nice and spacious. We get a large amount of space for the amount of rent we pay. The area is great, close to MARTA and not far from downtown Decatur. Office staff is always helpful and the few maintenance issues we have had were fixed very quickly.
Negatives: The gate breaks down at least once a week. The recycling bins always have trash in them.
|Recommended: YesI love the friendly staff and spacious apartments! — Very quiet, peaceful, and family oriented. The staff is very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The parking lot is always kept clean and their is weekly maintenance done around the apartments to keep them clean and safe. Overall, Ivy Place has been a very satisfying place to call home, My only complaint about the complex is that the privacy/safety gate is often out of order.
