submitted by Casper S. - |Recommended: YesIvy Place Review — Generally speaking Ivy Place is a decent place to call home. The property is well manicured and a friendly helpful staff. There are a few leasers who don't always abide by rules when it comes to loud music and late night chatter in the parking lot. Also, I have very heavy folks living above me that are always running some time of loud equipment and dont know how to walk softer to accommodate their heavy weight so this took points away from the NOISE category. Also, the water bill at this complex is much much higher than many other complexes in Dekalb County. Other than that, its a fairly competitive price for the rent.
